107th Library anniversary
On this day, April 18th, the PMA Library observes its 107th anniversary. The Library was founded in 1915 by the Polish Roman Catholic Union of America.

He was a Polish pharmacist, engineer, businessman and philanthropist. The year 2022 has been designated by the Parliament of the Republic of Poland as the year of Jan Ignacy Lukasiewicz.
World Day of Mathematics
UNESCO established a worldwide day of appreciation for the discipline of math featuring this year a special global set of short presentations about mathematics by speakers in 5 languages.
