On April 4 we commemorate the valorous Racławice Battle, one of the first battles of the Polish-Lithuanian Kościuszko Uprising against Russia! On April 4, 1794, near the village of Racławice in Lesser Poland, brave Polish forces, led by Tadeusz Kościuszko, clashed with Russian troops in a bid for independence.
